Why ‘health teas’ are booming among women

As the wellness movement has spread across food and drink, the variety of teas at supermarkets has dramatically expanded, encompassing exotic blends with beautiful packaging and grand health promises. A growing number of women are buying into these brews, but is there any truth to their claims?
