Tom Wade is the founder of Vine to Table, which works with vineyards and wineries to create, develop and optimise their direct-to-consumer offerings. Following four years running the cellar-door operation at Waterford Estate in South Africa, Wade returned to the UK and most recently headed up the opening teams at both Tillingham and Wiston Estate. He has also worked with Tommy Banks and family at both the Black Swan, Oldstead and Roots, York, as well as owning and running his own successful pub-restaurant. In 2023, he completed a master's in viticulture and oenology at Plumpton, writing a thesis focused on the future of the ever-evolving wine tourism landscape in the UK.
