Early Xmas ads don’t get people in the shopping mood

John Lewis' early rollout of its 2021 Christmas advert hasn’t had the desired effect, research finds, with awareness scores lower than previous year’s ads. As people feel bombarded by adverts and have lower trust in TV ads, one way to reach them is by diversifying advertising mediums.
