The UK high street has become a generic mix of Tesco and Topshop and consumers are tired of it. Thank goodness for pop-up shops that help to inject a bit of excitement. The UK's pop-up retail economy is worth £2.3 billion, and unlike the stores themselves, the industry looks like it’s here to stay.
