His postgraduate residency training in Psychiatry was completed at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. Additionally, he pursued postdoctoral fellowship training in Psychoneuroimmunology at Emory University School of Medicine, also in Atlanta, Georgia.
