Three nights a week, US-based Fiore’s Bakery is transformed into a decadent dessert bar and bistro: Whisk. This 'pop-up' restaurant offers two seatings a night for changing tasting menus. Whisk is the budding business of Fiore’s chef, Phillip Kruta.
