The multibillion-dollar Nakheel Tower, commissioned by Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, chairman of Dubai World, will be more than a kilometre high, cover a space of 2,700 hectares, and will become a workplace for 45,000 people. It will house around 55,000.
