Atty Analiza Rebuelta-Teh is the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Undersecretary for Climate Change and the focal point of the National Designated Authority (NDA) for the Green Climate Fund (GCF). As the Philippine NDA, she oversees all of GCF's activities in the country. She completed law school at the University of the Philippines and was recognised as one of the UP College of Law Alumni for Public Service.
