Ritika is a behavioural psychologist with a decade of experience in the learning industry. Working at the intersection of research, learning, and product development, Ritika has created impactful learning experiences and powerful learning products for client organisations. Most recently, she created Flogames, a suite of games and simulations on core behavioural skills. Ritika took the product from two clients and a mere idea to over 25,000 learners and more than 120 games. The product was also awarded a Brandon Hall award for Best Use of Games and Simulations in Learning.
