Ditching the rickety bunk beds, Germany's youth hostels are getting a makeover – morphing into budget hotels in order to cater to Europe's EasyJet traveller, rather than a typical backpacker. The German Youth Hostel movement (DJH) is catering to families and business travellers alike.
