Grindr categorisations can invoke prejudices“So, do you have a vagina?” is a chat-up line that gay transgender men on Grindr are all too familiar with. The hooking-up app may seem inclusive of its trans users, but their experiences on the platform range from being fetishised to being used as sources of information.
