Mental health issues lead US Gen Y and Z to quit jobs

A study by Mind Share Partners has revealed that 50% of Gen Yers and 75% of Gen Zers in the US have left a job for mental health reasons. As companies increasingly struggle to retain employees and job-hopping becomes the norm, workplaces are having to go the extra mile to keep workers engaged.
