Three ambitious architectural firms have joined hands to redevelop New Orleans via a hurricane-proof complex, dubbed NOAH (New Orleans Arcology Habitat). The 30 million square foot complex on the Mississippi river-basin will be a triangular chain of 20,000 residential units, three hotels and 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space.
