Why Britons are looking beyond champagne for sparkling wine

In the UK, the sparkling wine category has largely been dominated by two categories: champagne and prosecco. Yet this status quo appears to be diminishing, with people increasingly embracing alternatives that provide comparable quality. So, how can brands adapt to Britons’ shifting tastes?
