Karen Barnes

A journalist for 30 years, Karen Barnes worked in book publishing, on women’s magazines, and was head of the the Good Housekeeping Institute before joining Delicious in 2010, where she is the editorial director. Her mission, through the Delicious website, print magazine, and social channels, is to get the nation cooking.

Jeremy Jacobowitz brings along his over 800,000 followers on his food adventures all over the world. Whether that's finding a hidden gem in NYC, the best omakase in Japan, or creating a fun recipe in his home kitchen studio, his audience is obsessed with all parts of his life. And there is good reason for that trust and admiration. Not only has he had an online presence for over seven years but he has worked in food TV as an assistant for Bobby Flay and as a producer for almost a decade. Along with his daily content on his own channels, he has also hosted and appeared on programmes for Food Network, MSG networks, Thrillist, Pix11 Morning News, Seamless, and more.

Jessica Southard has been in consumer and market insights for the past 15 years, formerly at P&G for six years. Now, she is the senior insights leader at Mars, leading the company’s strategic foresight and managing its innovation programmes globally.

Makua Adimora

Makua Adimora is a behavioural analyst at Canvas8. After completing a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, she shifted her focus to culture journalism. With a keen interest in music and culture, she has written for the likes of Vogue, Dazed, The Washington Post, and Al Jazeera, among others. In her spare time, she can be found overspending at Superdrug or writing about the new-school hip hop scene in Nigeria.
