Flavia Russo is a behavioural analyst at Canvas8. After gaining her MSc in international development from KCL, she worked as a translator and researcher in the non-profit and political risk sectors. There, she gained experience conducting qualitative and ethnographic research, from which her passion for analysing cultural and behavioural trends develops. When not working, Flavia loves spending time with her many cats and dogs, travelling to exotic locations, or playing tennis.

Sarah Shanley Hope is currently the vice president of brand and partnerships at The Solutions Project, following seven years as the organisation’s first executive director. Under her leadership, the organisation transformed its mission and culture to centre racial and gender equity, launched the field’s first and only award-winning climate justice fund, and popularised the vision of 100% clean energy. She has held executive or leadership roles at Green For All, Cargill, and Best Buy over her 20-plus years of experience in brand strategy and social change. She also serves on the Board of Native Renewables.

Elisa Bocalandro is a writer, speaker, and traveller who specialises in regeneration and new economies. Based in Argentina, Bocalandro is interested in exploring the practices of sustainability and circularity as well as how the human body’s relationship with nature can spearhead the fight for climate justice. She's also one of the founders of 

, a non-government organisation that focuses on the promotion and protection of culture, languages, indigenous communities and different development models in Latin America and beyond.
