With one in five relationships starting online, it’s safe to say that internet dating is now the norm. But while it’s usual to catch twenty-somethings swiping on Tinder or sending charms on Happn, more senior singletons are quickly catching up.

“The over-50s are the largest growing demographic to be registering on social media platforms, so it’s a natural progression that they should look to find their future partners in the same way,” says Tracey McAlpine, editor of Fighting Fifty. [1]
