Reluctance to purchase online isn’t just down to online security concerns – with some purchases, particularly those that are personal, of great importance or perceived to be difficult to renege upon (such as mobile phones), it’s down to uncertainty or lack of product knowledge. We analyse some e-tail devices which could be used to combat lack of confidence at point of purchase.
