Junior Project Manager
Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working with the project leads you will help ensure projects are run smoothly, delivered on time, and on budget. You will help to shape projects across the whole business and help us transition into a more proactive approach of delivery. You will bring your own expertise of project management and creative production, along with your own network of suppliers and creatives. As you grow, you will work directly with department heads to help improve project management processes across the business.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Preparing briefing packs for new projects

  • Managing the logistics and delivery of consultancy projects

  • Owning project timelines and budget management

  • Creating shoot schedules, managing creative production (video & editorial) and briefing freelancers

  • Identifying opportunities to improve project efficiency and profitability

  • Introducing opportunities to debrief projects and apply learnings to continually improve

  • Embedding/improving Project Management processes across the business

THE DETAILS
  • Multiple currency budget management

  • Experience running multi-market projects

  • Creative production experience, working with a creative production freelancer network

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role is preferable

  • Proactive and self-motivated

  • Understanding of media and communications industry

  • Prior experience using Team Gantt and Hubspot would be great!

As a Marketing Manager, you will provide direction and tactical campaign planning to grow brand awareness, digital presence and lead generation. Covering growth and accounts based marketing you will own all commercial content and digital marketing to generate more opportunities for the business.

DAY-TO-DAY
  • To manage all the marketing campaigns utilising an integrated, multi-channel approach to promote, drive and increase audiences and revenues as well as to enhance brand value and engagement

  • Managing campaign content and sales collateral production and monitoring our web pages.

  • Liaising with our marketing partners to achieve success, from PR partners, SEO/PPC agencies.

  • Communicating marketing plans and goals across teams and ensuring we hit deadlines.

  • Managing marketing executives, and collaborating with designers and content creators.

  • Reporting on KPIs and reviewing plans to continually deliver high standards and results.

  • Develop and deliver an annual plan of agreed marketing strategies and tactics across our portfolio. Specifically direct marketing, digital marketing events, conferences, PR, awards, and brand building.

As Marketing Manager you will spearhead a new marketing department for a fast-growing business. Responsible for putting in place the strategy and infrastructure for marketing success and business growth. Develop brand reputation and authority within the industry using a blend of marketing strategies and tactics. This is a senior role with the view to growing into a leadership position.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and researcher, but we’re not prescriptive about what that means. From psychologists to journalists to behavioural economists, our team doesn't fit in a box – what unites them is a desire to understand people. We call them behavioural analysts.

As part of the behavioural analyst team, you’ll be researching cultural, social, and technological shifts as well as changes in the industry. You’ll need to be street smart and willing to get your hands dirty – designing surveys, pouring over data, identifying significant patterns, analysing shifts in society, and writing under tight deadlines. You’ll need to excel at analysing data and problem-solving, have a great awareness of cultural trends, be emotionally intelligent and a superb writer.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be a lateral thinker with a strong ability to identify patterns and insights. You’ll have a genuine interest in the world around you, with a strong ability to understand diverse cultures and articulate complex ideas into clear, lively prose. You’ll be curious in your approach and confident in your engaging written skills. This is a fast-moving, progressive environment so open-mindedness and a good sense of humour will be essential.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

  • First-class wordsmith and communicator (multilingual skills are beneficial)

  • Experience working directly with clients, communicating clearly and concisely

  • Ability to build strong professional relationships
