Polymath design leader across AI, design and leadership
Ve is a globally networked executive at the intersection of tech and design. She has over 15 years of diverse high-level experience in the US and Europe, affording Ve to work for and with iconic companies and brands, i.e., Mattel, Adobe, WPP, Nike, and TCS, across design, HR, marketing, and research. She executed the inaugural creative HR role at Mattel, supporting more than 400 creatives during Mattel’s digital transformation and solely establishing a new Adobe EMEA marketing programme. Ve is an Innovation Fellow at the RCA, focusing on Inclusive AI & Leadership. She holds an MBA (distinction) from Central Saint Martins. She is also collaborating on a creative neuroscience startup.
Why is it that we are continuously speaking about inclusivity and diversity, especially around leadership and AI, yet nothing is changing?
Why is design still considered an element of beautification and not integral to be included in the beginning of the strategy, policy, etc.?
How can we embrace more holistic, long-term (good ancestor) and non-western methodologies to help society and create more sustainable cultures (and businesses)?
