Charles J. 'Chuck' Palus, PhD, is an honorary senior fellow in research at the Center for Creative Leadership. He studies, teaches, and develops leadership as a relational process within the context of the vertical transformation of leadership cultures. He's a co-founder of CCL Labs and has co-designed numerous development experiences.
