Christie Dietz is an IACP award-winning writer whose work primarily focuses on food, low-impact travel, and sustainability. A regular contributor to National Geographic Traveller Food, she has also written for publications including National Geographic Traveller, Food and Travel, Gastro Obscura, The Spruce Eats, The Guardian, Time Out, and various guidebooks and in-flight magazines. As a content and copywriter, her hospitality sector clients have included Lindenberg Hotels, Hessen Tourism, and Michelin-starred restaurant Seven Swans. Dietz is also the international coordinator for the Guild of Food Writers.
