    Dr Rufus Pollock is the founder of the non-profit Open Knowledge Foundation in the UK. The former economist spoke to Canvas8 at the Lift12 conference about the implications of governments making knowledge open for consumers and businesses, the growing value of open data in developing a coherent CSR strategy, and the emergence of 'infomediaries'.
