    Scope
    In order to understand what it means to be a young man today, Dr Mark McCormack undertook ethnographies of three groups of male sixth form students in the south of England. By spending over a year with them, observing them in lessons and socialising with with them at break, he developed a picture of the role that masculinity and sexuality play in their day-to-day existence. And the vital point is that the changes in masculinity are not just skin deep.
