    Scope
    Shoppers have learned to do more with less over the past few years, reaching to the back of their drawers to use up bath or beauty products and adding water to shampoo bottles to make them last longer. Now, they are seeking small indulgences – a pat on the back for a savings job well done. And they’ve found a way to reward themselves with less guilt, by using special offers from retailers in the form of gift cards or coupons.
