    The popularity of organic food, holistic living and attention to personal mental health have sharpened people’s focus on daily wellbeing. This is fuelled by the adoption of new technologies such as mobile monitoring apps and access to like-minded online communities. At the most basic level, people want to know what they’re consuming and what impact it will have on their health; this is an extension of Informed Consumerism and Natural Mindset.
