This is fuelled by the adoption of new technologies such as mobile monitoring apps and access to like-minded online communities. At the most basic level, people want to know what they’re consuming and what impact it will have on their health; this is an extension of Informed Consumerism and Natural Mindset.Hyperawareness of Health has been at the forefront of many people's minds for some time now, but recent trends and developments in technology mean that the behaviour is evolving.
