McDonald's has redesigned its interiors to make them more sociable

Economic turmoil, rising concerns about health and the environment and media finger-pointing have made this a turbulent time for fast food companies, and they have been forced to rethink their images on a global scale. This has been reflected on the ground, with initiatives such as healthier food options and more tasteful interiors being implemented.
We spent some time at London branches of McDonald's, Burger King and Subway in order to find out how these changes have influenced consumer perceptions of fast food. -
