The computer monitor is taking over from the TV set

TV viewing habits are changing rapidly with evolving technology, and broadcasters and content providers are racing to keep up. The demands of the influential and technologically astute young adult demographic are of particular importance and interest.Concerns over so-called 'cord-cutting' are rife in the TV industry, as viewers begin to abandon traditional platforms which are funded by paid-for subscriptions or advertising in favour of independence, convenience and control.
We spoke to 10 young adults aged between 21 and 25 – five from the US and five from the UK – about their TV watching habits.
